TESTING TESTING TESTING

I’m available to test anything from single recipes to whole cookbooks and features.

Recipes are pre-written but in need of a professional eye and excellent, safe hands to give them a test prior to publication.

I check the methodology, final flavours and textures, portion sizes, cooking times and temperatures, ease of sourcing ingredients – anything that may cause an issue for the homecook or end user.

I supply amends and recommendations alongside test photos (if required).
